You have the opportunity to subscribe to the lowest package and get Cox 22 for the season. It's not greatly expensive. The OPPORTUNITY is there. You are choosing not to do it. Last I checked, you don't have to sign a contract, and could have gotten it for what, 2 months then cancelled it as the rest of the games after Loyola are ESPN and MVC games.

It's neither WSU nor Cox's fault you are cheap and feel entitled to watch every game without spending a dime. The options are there.

So for those 9 games, who do you think might have broadcast the games instead of Cox?

This is an absolutely asinine solution.

          LOL. CHEAP?

Cox is the worthless POS cheap product that I and many others will not subject ourselves too. Why should I have to to deal with a cheap, under serviced, and subpar quality cable company just to watch WSU play?

What makes more sense is like normal high-level college basketball packages would be to have them available on a platform that's shared by ALL cable/satellite providers. Why is that so effing hard to understand?

Do you work for Cox or something? Because your snotty, full-of-**** post appeared like it would come from a Cox representative. The fact that you called me cheap because I don't subscribe to Cox is one of the most fabricated, idiotic lies I've seen from you.. EVER. I'm pretty sure my Uverse bill is similar, if not more, than my shitty Cox bill was. The difference is I've had ZERO problems with Uverse, making my money WORTH it, which is a hell of a lot better than that cheap POS Cox company offered.

Tell WSU to bite the bullet and offer it up to a station, I dunno KWCH/other CBS affiliate signals, that is available to ALL potential customers/fans, not just a fraction.

Speaking of tools, I thought that banner wasn't supposed to drop in that WKU game? What the hell happened there?

You said that you were unable to watch. The Tennessee State game was the only one you were unable to watch, and I believe that game was on Shockervision.

I couldn't give a rats rear who you chose for your TV service, or why. But being that I live in Baton Rouge, I am thankful for the ability to watch ALL the games I can. You have the same opportunity, and choose not to do it. Don't like Cox, fine. Don't get it. But whining like a spoiled little girl at the grocery store who wants a candy bar is getting annoying.

The games are blacked out in Kansas/Missouri. Get over it. Watch on some illegal site. That definitely helps the problem.

We are not KU/Duke/Arizona. We aren't in a BCS conference. We have a long ways to go before all of our games are on a national platform. And even when that happens, you will probably then complain as it will end up on a group of Sports channels that aren't included in the regular package, meaning you have to pay more to watch it.

I cancelled suck my Cox cable long ago in favor of dish. WSU ranked #5, coming off of a Final Four appearance should be accessible. It needs some national exposure and should not be dwarfed locally by Syracuse. I could care less if WSU plays KU, but the yocals who have never stepped foot on a college campus ought to be able to see WSU on the boob tube & provoked to buy WSU merchandise.

Just found a pic of the new prototype Cox DVR graphical user interface. It's ground-breaking.

For a $10 upgrade charge they'll even put it in 16:9 for you.

That's great that you can watch ALL games. If WSU adjusts their package, you'll still be able to watch ALL the games, with the actual local fans ALL having the option too. Again, are you just drunk tonight? How do you not understand this basic concept?

Get over it? LOL, yeah, seems pretty simple, doesn't it? Sure doesn't bother you since you're NOT affected by the problem. And I do watch it on illegal sites. I did tonight. But I prefer games that didn't require plug ins to the tv in order for it to get them on there. But again, it doesn't effect you, so it's not a problem, right?

Great mindset at the end there. We're no Duke, no Kansas. We're just ranked above them. That's all.

Keep your expectations on the program set at a mid-major level there, champ.

Is it as accessible as your mom?

My aunt switched from Cox to Uverse because of the DVR issue. Then she found out that they would only install 4 TV's. Well, ok. So then when they finally had it set up, she was working from home when her internet quit working. She called Tech support, and was told that she couldn't use the internet when all 4 TV's were working. So she changed her internet back to Cox and went with Dish. A few days later a storm came through and she couldn't watch TV to see the progress of the storms due to "interference". She then switched back to Cox. She wasn't happy, but at least she could hook up all her TV's, use them all at the same time, and use her internet.

Moral of story: We all have to decide what is most important to us.

Honest question, how does Syracuse's TV coverage dwarf WSU? ESPN?

As the Eagle article mentioned, I don't think it is as easy as just offering it up to over-the-air networks.

I keep Cox as a cable provider for the sole reason of being able to watch WSU games. I think their TV product is fine.
