This has to be amongst one of the most stupid comments I have heard in along time:

Illinois State athletic director Larry Lyons sais, “One thing we’ve heard is, ‘I would like to see some better games at home.’ Obviously, we’re bringing in a top-10 team now.”

Like they actually had something to do with scheduling the #5AP/#4Coach's team in the nation.

How about this quote from the article: "We just came off a big win over Drake". Drake is 1-5 and in last place in the league. Drake is behind both SIU and Loyola. Yep, that's a big win.

Wow. There are several on the Redbird forum talking about giving away 1000 seats to the game so they can get closer to a sellout. For a top-5 conference team. I don't care who you are, that's sad.

I think Early is a big key to this game. I think if he gets started early with some foul shots and drives to the basket, his outside shots start falling, and we win big. If not, I think it's a close game that we win at the end with our defense and FT.
