If you have any questions on if HCGM was toying with these guys look at how much time Green got. Look at Cotton running the point when there was no reason for him to be. Marshall used this game to work on things.
Good for him. That is what you do when you are a top program and you have a down team come in. Ron got a chance to get his shot back, nick had some great minutes, Cle was able to go out and have a little fun, FVV did his same ol same ol best point guard in the nation routine and my wife (MY WIFE) ate a pretzel.

I've watched Illinois State play 3 times now and Bobby Hunter is the only guy that impressed me in any of those games. I can't figure out why Muller benched him for Lofton. That guy takes a third of his teams' shots when he's on the floor and Marshall isn't even worried enough to put Cotton on him. I guess Muller just hates good basketball.

No turnovers in four games. Insane.

We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Tonight the radio broadcast cut to commercial right when the game ended and the teams began shaking hands. I guess the handshake between Muller and Marshall was awkward. Both Dahl and Kennedy started dogging Muller for how much of a chickenshit handshake he gave Marshall. It went something like, "Muller didn't even look at Gregg when he shook his hand. He just grabbed it and left. Even Dana looked Gregg in the eyes."
It was hilarious. The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.
