I missed that, but assume he was talking about Stephen F. Austin. And earlier, just before the Early/FVV interview, he listed Green Bay as his last team in, and talked about giving the shot to a mid-major instead of a middle of the pack BCS team. Or something along those lines.

He was talking at SFA, and those shoes are REALLY hideous.

These guys handle the media like pros. None of these questions were dangerous but they just gave very clean answers like they have done all year.

The only thing I might have changed would be for them to have answered gottlieb's question with "I'm sorry did somone just say something?" Because that isn't third grade or anything but I still think it would be hilarious.

And to give credit where it is due, the anouncers asked very reasonable questions and Early and Fred did great.

The guys did fantastic, and I can only imagine how bad I would be on national television, but they were a little on the boring side. Better boring than controversial, but a little boring.

Someone said Wilbekin was the best PG in the country. When they came back from highlights, Bilas had his phone out saying he had VanVleet on the phone. Said VanVleet is THE best PG in America.

I'd put Appling, Ennis, and Staten over him, too.

WSU's good buddy, Digger just said he believes WSU can indeed win it all. He actually named VanVleet, Baker, Early & Cotton as 4 players who together, are strong enough together to get to Dallas and take care of business.

I think it's the first time he actually did some homework and made a rational statement about a team NOT from a BCS conference.

Maybe the old guy has experienced an epiphany.
