  • Would love a BYU win here. Still wish we would have gotten to play Texas in Kansas City. Would have been a nice win for the resume

Looks like BYU is going to get this one. Definitely a good win for them and ultimately for us. I must admit, Gonzaga is much easier to watch when they don't have an awkward 7 foot hippie playing for them.

This puts them very high on the bubble. They're closer to Top 25 than the NIT.

Against the top 50, BC has stayed within 10 points in 6 of their 11 games (55%).
The MVC (minus WSU) has done this 7 times in 28 games (25%).
Both have just one win vs the top 50. BC got theirs despite 17 fewer opportunities.

No real argument I'm making, just some fun stats for a stat lover like yourself. Have a good night!

Intentionally making a terrible, exaggerated summary of someone else's views. Typical of you. You and strawman artists must be best friends.

                        • So the national media may have plenty of crazies that won't give WSU credit for good wins, but Im convinced teams like BYU finishing strong will count for something when the committee goes through their selection process. At this point, I don't see any scenario where WSU enters selection Sunday undefeated and doesn't get a #1 seed.

Also. Louisville is becoming a team I don't want to face in the tourney. Starting to really get rolling.
