With all the medical privacy rules, we will know nothing other than general condition until the athletic department releases something that Bowles has autohorized them to release.
Don't expect anything really informative for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours. It's going to take that long to get a medical diagnosis, confirmation of that diagnosis, and some private time for D.J. before he authorizes a release of anything definitive. Could be longer than that. The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Comfort him upon his sickbed, and ease his suffering. We beg for deliverance, and submit that no healing is too hard for the Lord, if it be His will.
We therefore pray that You bless our friend with Your loving care, renew his strength, and heal what ails him in Your loving name.
Thank You, Lord. Amen.
It occurs to me that his parents and family are 1500 miles away. We might say a prayer for them as well. I can't imagine if it was my daughter and I was half a country away.

Patience, my young grasshoppers. Trusting the accuracy of our local TV sports reporters about medical nuances, or speculating about what they report, is hazardous in its own right.
Better to wait and find out the real story once it comes out more fully and officially from someone who isn't just in a hurry to get "news" out there -- after all, what good would it really do anyone here to know the truth now (assuming that would even be possible, which it almost certainly isn't) as opposed to a day or two or three from now?
