I dont know how everyone thinks we got the shaft? At best, we would be 3rd. They could have said we didnt even belong in tge top 4.
This poll means nothing in the long run. We were voted the 4th best team in the country with 330+ teams. We are number 4!!
Not bad. Not bad at all."When life hands you lemons, make lemonade." Better have some sugar and water too, or else your lemonade will suck!

Hmmm - seems Ok - weren't we picked to finish 4th before the season started?
Oh, my bad - that was in the Valley.
Just being ranked ahead of some other Kansas schools and 4th in the country - Wow- what a year!If you take the high road, you won't find much traffic there . . .

I know most of you all realize that this program and its fans are in the midst of a revolution in Shocker basketball. We've had some great years in the 60's and 80's but given what this program has accomplished the past 4 years, this probably is the greatest stretch of Shocker basketball ever. We've all dreamed of being the 'Gonzaga of the Midwest', and right now we are heading in that direction. However, I don't think I am too out of line to say that if Gregg Marshall chooses to remain here for the foreseeable future, I have no doubt that Shocker basketball can eclipse what presently is the Gold Standard of non-BCS basketball Gonzaga has established the past 15 years.
This type of post is out of character for me, and trust me, I'm not drunk of the Final Four Kool-Aid. However, I genuinely believe the Shox can parlay their FF run into bigger and better things. We just need to sustain and maintain and GM we trust. It is a very exciting time in Shocker basketball.
I feel so creepy all over now after writing this.

Considering GMU was #8 and VCU was #6 after their FF runs, I think #4 isn't disrespectful at all. However, with that said, I'm #notsatisfied. I won't be until the final rankings have our name with a #1 in front of it."It's amazing to watch Ron slide into that open area, Fred will find him and it's straight cash homie."--HCGM
