I don't see any lower bowl tickets on craigslist. Will tickets through the Ticket Office be in the lower bowl?

Some will, some probably won't.

Keep checking Craigslist. Lower bowl go fast. All cities especially areas that are basketball crazy and thought their team was going to make it.

I signed up for tickets as a season ticket holder and requested 4 final four tickets. I got this response this morning:

Dear Shocker Fan,
We will provide tickets to you per your initial request. We are working to get through the alumni list to come up with a number of total tickets for you. There will be more information on picking up tickets in a later email.

Well I already signed up for the tickets through the Ticket Office, so I guess tonight I will find out if I am sitting in the lower bowl or the toilet bowl. Probably the latter, which is why I was asking about lower bowl tickets. Honestly if my seats are terrible (and there are a LOT of terrible seats in this stadium), I'd rather watch it on TV.

I was told those that signed up through the ticket office will receive an email around 8:00pm tonight with more details on what ya get.

Per a friend of mine, the 3,000 tickets allotted are all claimed (probably more requests than tickets).
Keeping my eye on stub-hub to see if anything reasonable appears late this week.

My take, don't believe anything you read here and contact the ticket office. make sure it comes from them that you can't get one. I'd hate to see the wsu section not fill up due to rumor.

I was told by someone at the ticket office that seats won't be assigned until Thursday or Friday at the earliest. My question is, are the tickets that WSU is selling good for Monday also?

The lack of communication has been kind of a disaster. I have no doubt they are beyond swamped, but it sounds like the ticket office has done a very poor job of keeping fans updated. One or two "We're working hard for you and expect to have news by XYZ date/time- your patience is appreciated!" emails over the weekend/this morning would have cooled a lot of nerves.
