For all the KU alums/fans that visit this board and tell us how much you love us... that all goes away when we beat you. You love us because we are at a distance and have been properly neutered by predatory policies employed by KU over the last 50+ years. If you love us, then schedule us, when we beat you say good game. We will do the same to you when you beat us.

Oh, and leave our school alone. We will teach what we frickin' want to teach at our own freakin' university. This AIN'T the University of Kansas at Wichita, it's Wichita State University. We are not affiliated and shouldn't have to consult your opinion when expanding programs. KTHX!

Hey, I think it is absurd that the schools don't play one another annually; in fact, I think KU and KSU should play WSU every year. My only reason for posting was simply to say that not all KU fans/alumni are jerks who dislike WSU.

I just think when two schools want to play each other they should. If both don't then no one should try and make them. WSU wouldn't appreciate it one bit if some state legislator out of Kansas City wanted to pass a law that WSU had to play UMKC every year.

Here's hoping but odds are clearly against it. For one thing KU has to get by Michigan tonight first and that is definitely not a forgone conclusion. KU is overrated and the Michigan team that showed up last weekend is probably underrated. The last 5 games of the year KU team would kill the last 5 games of the year Michigan team. But the February Michigan team would kill the February KU team. Unfortunately for KU it seems like both their February teams showed up to the tournament. Unless McLemore shows up Michigan probably has this one.

I want KU to win, personally. I actually have us playing them for the title in my bracket at work :) Its just entertaining to be still alive at this point and possibly putting together a better finish

KU is overrated? How so? KU's seed, national ranking, what exactly? If KU plays their game they will win. Ellis is coming on strong. I agree that if Ben Mclemore struggles, Michigan might upset KU. However, I'm pulling for a KU victory and to see KU vs WSU in the national championship game.

I pull for the ChicKUns to lose every time they play. I pull for tornadoes in NE Kansas to "visit" the campus. I cheer when I read about a contraction in admissions. I laugh when I hear about more infractions involving their corrupt athletics department, or when players take their penis's out in elevators and get reported for sexual assault, or stab people at clubs, or start gang wars between athletic departments, or.... you get the point. I reminisce about all the fires that have struck KU's campus over the years due to lightening destroying several buildings in minutes (even God hates the Hacks).

I have plenty of nasty things left to say about that institution. There's no need for this thread to be on the second page.

Why would a KANSAS legislator have anything to do about a MISSOURI school. That is completely different and a terrible comparison.
