As a former law enforcement officer, I can assure you would be perfectly safe as I feel in spirit to continue my sworn oath to serve and protect the fine citizens of this city. I also have no ill will to those who perceive me to be a closet KU fan. It's a free country, God Bless America!

FOR ME PERSONALLY an add piece of my disdain towards KU. is that I have had great friends who went to Lawrence and became unrecognizable snobs. Lawrence changes people. They go from being laid back all around nice people, to think they are smarter and better than everyone else everywhere. It def added to my high level of dislike towards KU. Then when I hear Ku fans say things like, TCU would win the missouri valley this year. It elevates it higher.

only way ku and wsu ever play is if wsu gets a football team and joins the big 12 but they would probaly lobby hard against that happening, I mean really we could win evveery game in our season go to the tournament, win the whole thing, and they still would try to look for a reason not to play us. at this point I think wsu is on the road to becoming a major factor in the world of college hoops we've made it this far with out them, we don't need them

Sorry guys I am trying to find information on the game ESPN was try to setup in AFH vs. KU with no return game in 2006, I am trying dispel the rumor that WSU wanted a return game, do you guys have anything? Thanks

To put it in a more humorous context, watch the movie Caddy Shack.

KU is Ted Knight and the country club set. WSU is Rodney Dangerfield. KU (institution) constantly lives in (irrational) fear that Rodney is going to end up owning the Country Club and/or seducing the hot niece, so they go out of their way to make Rodney feel unwelcome...

It's too bad this one didn't make the Grantland article.
