So, how do the Shox stack up against the Zags?

Gonzaga is a good team, but their loss to Butler (who was without their 3-point shooter Clarke) is a good sign for WSU, because Butler beat them by playing physical with them and keeping the game low scoring. That is the same formula that WSU will need to follow to win this game, but we are built to do that.

We don't want to get into a scoring contest with them, though.

Before the Southern game I was concerned about how we were gonna guard Elias Harris, now, I'm not so concerned about him. Sam Dower was MIA today as well, he basically kept Gonzaga in the game at Butler. If Sam Dower shoots his average at Butler, there is no need for Roosevelt Jones's shot-put runner- Butler wins going away.

Shockers win in a game very similar to Tennessee in 2006.

Thanks for asking RefChick because I am a man of few words. Tsk, tsk, tsk. However, this game will zig-zag back and forth and we must not get our bigs in foul trouble or we will be used up. Even so, I think we can match up well, make some shots, and beat them at the buzzer with a 3 from Baker, the shot-maker, and opposing team dream-taker. Our Defense must prevail and Early must continue to not be late, Armstead must play like an Armstud, and Carl will be distinguished but Beastly as usual.
