watched the replay of the game on espn. Wsu took a few minutes to really get into it and played lock down defense on a fairly decent uni team

That was one hell of a performance tonight. UNI ran into a team that appeared to have something to prove. They proved to me that the shipping label on the box containing the trophy probably shouldn't be addressed to Omaha just yet. Lets see what the road brings, but if these 9 guys can play 80% of what they did tonight the rest of the MVC is giong to be picking themselves up off the floor wondering what the heck just happened. Great Great Effort!

I have to hand it to him. He got trucked so bad tonight that I thought he might go off on a stretcher but he hopped right up and went down and later took another charge. Of course neither were called properly. His whole season has been like that and he cannot buy a call yet he continues to do it. When you add in his knack for rebounding, I can't help but love the guy. He is an example setter. I couldn't imagine this team without him

Hopefully our staff is cuing up the video of last years loss to the Drakies to show to our team, which is starting to remind me of a wounded badger. Of course, Rayvonte "Roll Back the Prices right into my pocket" Rice is not there to run over people this year, which is a good thing.

I was a bit skeptical before but I'm totally convinced now that we can compete with anyone in this league regardless of who's on the floor. This is a testament to the job Coach Marshall is doing.

Other than the block/charge butchery, I thought the refs did a pretty good job of letting them play. If we get the slow whistles every game, with our defensive intensity, I like our chances.

Our bigs, even without out Carl (the beast of beasts) Hall in there, are altering shots like this lady that does that for a living by the name of Sarah. It gets in the heads of foes as much or more than blocking shots up into the cheap seats or Pstinnet is kickin the rock up into the stands years' back here and no call? That had to be the only time in history that was not a T. We are also proving to be a solid rebounding team again which equals more possessions.

Awesome game. Armstead was composed and in excellent form. Early looked fantastic. Lufile gave awesome minutes. Cotton en fuego tonight. DWill all ahead full. Happy New Years!!

And Jake White probably played as hard or harder than anyone on the court tonight. His best game of the season.
