Coach Radebaugh of Charleston Southern commented after his game here that he wasn't surprised at our performance because Gregg has a system. Replace 5 seniors from a NIT Championship and won the MVC regular season, replaced 5 more seniors and he's 12-1 with a team depleated by injuries. That, my friends, is quite a system. What about our beloved Shocks? Wow!!! Hitting shots from everywhere, (players said they would be working on that), playing defense in parsimonious fashion, altering and contesting many of UNI's shots, and still improving as a team, even with only 9 players active right now. What a night of solid basketball at 21st and Hillside!!!Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.Comment

They are QUITTERS. Their players QUIT. Their coach QUIT. Their fans QUIT.
Quitters. And why did they quit? Because they were getting their ass handed to them? Kind of, but not only that, they QUIT partially because they were getting clowned, partially because they are QUITTERS and partially because they know the only chance they have down the line to screw someone's season up is not let their QUITTERS know exactly how much better we are. They had to QUIT to save some face.
It's a 2 bit program that can't win without hitting the lottery, is a financial drag on everyone, and has a men's basketball team that is full of QUITTERS.Comment
