Poll Watch, 2012-13 Edition

With the way this week has gone, the polls will be very interesting. Should be a good measure of how "legit" the voters thing we are.

If we run the table and lose at creighton win in Lou we'd be an outside shot for a 2. But I don't see the NCAA tournament giving a team that lost to Evansville a 2 seed. Unless we do run the table the rest of the way.

Of course.

We're going to be ranked between #13-15 on Monday if we take care of business tonight. There is enough media respect and hype to propel this team to the highest levels of seeding if they continue to win. We are building an outstanding resume.

that is basically what I was wondering. I don't keep up much with seeding year to year but I would hate to get a 3 or 4 seed and have some 6 loss gem a 2 seed....

Shockers will jump a bunch in the polls again. Predicting #13 come Monday. Wouldn't be surprised #11 either though.

I just can't believe the destruction of the ranked teams this week. You can add #19 VCU again to the list, this time at home to La Salle.

And we survived it... in emphatic fashion.

Top 15 will be conservative...

As we climb the polls, Valley teams are going to hit as even harder. The beautiful thing is we aren't a bunch of soft BJ's and can give just as good as we get with respect to physicality. This Shocker team won't be intimidated.

#30 - Wyoming loses at home to Air Force


This was a nice win for the Shockers as this will help our RPI ans SOS. Plus it sticks it to the coach at Colorado State who thinks his conference teams are so better than the Shockers.

How high does everyone think we can jump this week .... we finally have a nice beat down under our belt as a ranked team. Considering the teams that lost in front of us in the polls.

I'm thinking #12 no way lower than #15.
