WSU did beat them so if there was a leapfrog without a loss it is still deserved in my book. But I do understand what you are saying.

VCU lead 63-56 with 0:40 remaining and now it is VCU 69 - Richmond 66 with 0:12 remaining. Richmond has the ball needing a 3-pointer to tie the game.

And Richmond gets the 3-pointer with 0:04 on the clock to send the game into OT.

Talk about extending the game. Richmond outcores VCU 13-6 in the final 40 seconds.

We have only finished half the week and we already have 16 teams (who have received AP votes) getting beat and almost every AP ranked team will play on either Saturday or Sunday. I am guessing we will see at least 10 more ranked teams bite the dust over the next two days.

That is absolute carnage. If we win tomorrow night we should be able to move up into the mid-teens. Our boys need to take care of business.

Right now I see us going to #17 unless Miami leaps us all the way from #25 for destroying Duke. 13-15 would probably have to have not just a loss but a bad one for us to move up that much.

I would agree with this. But the way the season has gone, I wouldn't be surprised if a blow out us dealt to one of those teams in that range.
