    UNI vs Iowa in December

    Iowa is improved this year, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit to see UNI beat them, leaving no doubts about it.. thus causing further meltdown amongst a certain segment of the Hawkeye faithful.

      Pitino has some work to do. Louisville really let up on the pedal whenever they got to feeling comfortble and it nearly cost them.

            Technical foul on Cal. Since then the refs have really tightened up the calls. Ticky tack on both sides, but it favors the Geese.

              Drake looks to have decent team speed but somewhat shaky handles. Armstead will be key against them.

                56-50 Drake under 12 left, Cal in big foul trouble with Drake in the double bonus against the team picked 4th in the Pac12. Drake couldn't have hoped for a better situation.

                    Drake isn't half bad. The middle of the Valley is going to be slug fest not unlike last season. The Geese will win this game and prove the Pac78 or whatever it is these days is still a minimal bid league.

                      Exactly, the valley teams just do the little things well enough to be a pain in the butt for the lower and mid-tier BCS teams...

                          UCal picked third preseason in the Pac-12- Mike Montgomery can coach.

                          Drake looks much improved from last year- their newcomers are contributing and the Rice thing does look like addition by subtraction.
