You can see how many tickets are available in each section by going to the Selectaseat.com and View Seat Map. Quick rough count in my head was 9000+ still available earlier today. Too lazy to get a calculator.

I have season tickets. The game is in Wichita. Why do I have to buy another ticket like it is a friggin' road game???

This whole thing reeks of a money grab, and I hope NO ONE gets rich off it. I'm tired of being disrespected despite being a long-time season ticket holder and contributor.

This is a neutral site game and not part of the season ticket package, much like KU or KSU's game at Sprint in KC. I think that has been very, very, very clear.

I don't think this is taking away a home game from WSU, but allowing WSU to avoid a road game and have a neutral site game that isn't really neutral.

You can buy them books and buy them books ,, but some still just eat the pages, It shouldn't be that hard to comprehend. It's a game we get that's not a home game , that has a home game crowd advantage , that wouldn't be anywhere near Wichita (if at all ) otherwise.
From the road I listen (Tune In radio) at home I watch ( season Ticks )

If I'm not mistaken, this game, as well as last year's UAB game, is put on by a 3rd-party promoter. In other words, this game doesn't happen unless it's at Intrust and not a part of the season ticket package.

But for the record, it still counts as a home game by NCAA standards even though it's not in our home venue.

It wasn't part of the ticket package last year, it's not this year and I'm sure it won't be next year and in years to come. If you want to go, start planning right now for the fall of 2013. If you object to this game. Don't go. I think as long as Gregg and the Administration want this to happen, we'll be making one trip a year to Intrust. Personally, I enjoy it.

that actually might mean something except it counts for the NCAA as Home game.

                    8845 tickets left.

Plus a pretty decent opponent from a RPI perspective.

Here we flipping go with you again.

If you are below halfway in the upper level of IBA, it's a decent seat. NO, IT'S NOT KOCH ARENA GOOD, but it's satisfactory for a larger arena.

I hope you enjoy your stay home out in God's Country again this year in the comfy of your rocking chair with all the extra leg room you need.

As others have mentioned, discounts last year have really hurt attendance numbers this year. Everyone holding out for those $8 groupon tickets. Man, and I was making fun of Creighton fans for doing this...

The majority of the seats are cheaper than a Koch game. It's not part of the season ticket package and put on by a 3rd party promoter. The turnout for these games affects future "neutral" games for WSU at IBA. Keep these numbers up and games with Tennessee at IBA (next year) will go out the window. USM is a decent team. They're undefeated right now. You'd figure the lure of WSU basketball would be more than enough of a sell for your typical "greatest fanbase in the world" fan, but maybe not.. All I know is that Marshall likes it and WANTS it. EVERY year. You can voice your pleasure against the head hauncho if you want to, but wouldn't recommend it. It's these types of games 10 minutes away from Koch and their turnouts that determine how "big time" fanbases are. I guess we'll know the answer to that in a few weeks.

P.S. If you can't afford to go, you are not part of the blame. There's no embarrassment for that. If you're choosing not to go, just because, well then that's on you.

I'm sure Marshall and the players would love to be sent off for Christmas in front of 7,000 WSU fans in Wichita. That's a hell of a way to say Merry Christmas!

I wouldn't miss it for the world because I love the shox. Missing games hurts me :) I would be at that game if it was 50 bucks for a crappy seat with no leg room.

                              I'm being completely honest.

I don't even care to wait for a promotion because if you support the powers that put it on, you keep getting the games. I want someone getting rich off it if that's what keeps the shox getting good opponents in a sweet deal that we wouldn't have otherwise.

Money grab? Yeah, somebody better start grabbing the money if we are going to get HCGM to 2M per year. Stop complaining and enjoy our big-time program.
