I think if you want to know who Paul Mills is as a recruiter, you should study what he did at ORU over six seasons -- not what he did in a complete rebuild situation over a 5 month period.

HCPM recruited Max Abmas to ORU, and apparently we were super close to landing him.

Paul Mills can recruit. It's just going to take a season or two to shuffle the deck in our favor.

I'm not going to pretend I'm good at basketball coaching, recruiting, or evaluating coaching and recruiting. I applaud what Marshall achieved at WSU. It may never be matched in the new environment that is college basketball. To be honest, I kind of tired of the on court product in the last year or two of Marshall, that I didn't want to attend games - I'd rather just watch on TV at home. Coach Brown never inspired me to purchase a single ticket. I don't know why. The assistant coaches were kind of a turn off as well under IB.

But I can state factually that Coach Mills hasn't even coached an actual official regulation game, and yet I've already purchased three tickets totaling $80+ for the three tickets, bought 2 drinks, a water and a popcorn all to attend one meaningless exhibition game.
