          It's easier to seize adjacent properties for expansion under imminent domain if they belong to poor people.

              WSU sorta has a ‘hood’ reputation, but it’s not nearly as bad as a lot of other schools. UH hood is bad. UNT is not bad at all, but then again Denton is just a small college-ish town.
