I actually thought, given the improvement in the play over last 6-8 games IB had saved his job. The changing structure of CBB is part of the problem that IB stepped into, with no help from Boatright. At the same time a national search should have been done back then, I believe this is the right move. Just need to hold onto players.

With the right coach... And renewed excitement with the program .... And the transfer portal, players won't be a problem. There are players I would love to see come back but none of them are irreplaceable
