I mean, he should probably be suspended to some extent for his involvement, whether or not he was charged.
But some of the hand-wringing is over the top.
Here's my thing though. If your suspending a guy for one game, what does that really do? It doesn't affect the team, doesn't affect him, his draft stock, nothing. Might as well just not suspend him unless they feel it warrants a harsh punishment.
