If true, I jumped the gun on blaming BYU fans and staff for allowing something to go on that may not have happened. That's what I get for assuming the incident had been confirmed.

Looks like the cone of shame has now potentially shifted to the Duke volleyball player.

I started this discussion. I honestly hope it isn't true, but if false, it sure opens up another can of worms. Maybe the 'banned fan' was saying, "she's near, she's near!"

Sorry, you can tar and feather me... it's probably best most of you young whippersnappers don't understand the gif below.

          "The Sheriff is near!"

          P.S. This was 1974.

Speaking of racist and maybe I missed it, but how has Duke U. avoided scrutiny? Named after a slave owning tobacco baron who enlisted in the Confederate navy?

Caught the 7:00 showing @ the Wichita Mall in 1974. Then rushed over to the Boulevard for the 9:00 showing of A Clockwork Orange!

Hey, that's my old pot buddy from my high school days. We used to hang out at the Nomar and swim Century 2 cement ponds after concerts.

That ain't nothing. What till a few social justice warriors found out about a golf tournament called "the Masters", is played on land that was a former "Plantation", the caddies all wear "White Robes", and the clubhouse is a former slave-owner "Antebellum" domicile.

It's not just the police officer. They can't find a single body who can corroborate the story. Not a fan, not another player, not a security guard, nothing! You would think there would be one person who would come forward right?

But everyone in Utah is a racist asshole and cannot be believed. Not only that but everyone in that stadium was white so the cannot comment on the situation.

Is it possible the phrase “Dig It” or Dig Her” was what was actually said? Not trying to be cute, but it seems like someone, somewhere in the audience would be offended by a racial slur of that magnitude,
