Shane Eye exactly, not a gesture as the TV announcer said, he grabbed his crotch. I was sitting right behind Smart. It was pretty blatant. Then he came over to the sideline when play was about to resume, said something to Smart kinda laughing, then started chirping at the crowd. The refs were not pleased. Told my grandson I bet he gets Another foul call real quick. Just not very intelligent.
