First win in a month... So it's been painful

That said, i wonder if the mood would be any different if we don't play Tulane without Dex and Udeze and Cincy without Porter ... I think we win both of those and then we are sitting at 3-2 instead of 1-4 in conference....

Tulane on Saturday will be a challenge. They have looked good. If we can win that I think we can build some momentum going into the SMU games... If we lose? Then season could very quickly go back off the rails. Hard to say what will happen off of one win.

Here's the deal. I get tired and I get sick when I underestimate our beloved Shocks. A needed win and several Shocks played solid. Ricky Council played even better than when he led us to a huge victory at OK. State. 14 throws in a row in this one and 31 pts. Nice!!!

Every other player had more points than FG attempts.

Actually the rest of the team had 79 points on 42 FG attempts

While what you say is true, Tyson didn't really take any bad shots. He had a couple rushed shots but both of his feet were under him on his 3 point attempts. I take that. He will start hitting those shots.
But keep those twisting running fall away 30 footers on the practice floor.

I'd say much improved as he didn't hurt the team tonight.
Also JP showed a little something.
What's up with Jackson's pt. They have dwindled to almost nothing?

I also want to say this about Tyson. While he was having a terrible shooting night, he kept his head up, high 5ed and chest bumped the other guys.
That is a sign of leadership. Not easy to do when your having a bad night yourself.

Chapman has played in 4 games so far so I guess he did not RS. I think he has scored
one basket. It is hard to imagine he can't get more PT for Tulsa. I like local players
but am wondering if this kid was really D1 material.
