Roughly $5 million after the end of this contract year (April 30, 2022). Roughly $4 million after April 30, 2023. Roughly $1.375 million after April 30, 2024. Roughly $750k after April 30, 2025.

WSU does not appear to have the ability to raise that kind of money without the big donors stepping up and their willingness to do so is not clear at all at the present time.
