He sounds like a preacher, which doesn’t surprise me... I know his father is/was. I always liked Chadrack. Man (Women), we’ve sure had our fair share of quality young men come through this program.

Hence the names of he and his brothers...Chadrack, Meshack, and Abednego.

There are idiots within every group, and that would include his basketball player group too. Hopefully, he realizes that he needs us (even from afar when he doesn’t really know us but most Shocker fans hearts are good) just like we need him (even almost all of us don’t really know him). Shocker Nation hasn’t really been able to show up this year because of the pandemic, but again most of our hearts are behind him.

Im sure he will be ready to play.
I don't know whether it really bothers HIM, but i think he's calling it out because it does bother some players. He's trying to use his platform to send a message. That fans need to treat them as if they are humans and not just objects that are there for the fans benefit. I think it's a very valid message. He's obviously not calling ALL fans out .. but we all know those fans do exist.

If he really thinks that fans are that bad here, he hasn't seen places like UK for basketball or Alabama for football, etc. Playing basketball for a good fanbase really opens up doors for some players. He can be one of those too.

Right .. I don't disagree with you there. I also don't see the problem in calling the fact that "Hey, we are humans too ... we aren't just an object for you entertainment and your words can hurt" is a bad thing. I think they need to realize that hey it's going to happen so don't take it personal. That doesn't give idiots a pass to degrade them. Just look at this forum, these kids dedicate YEARS of their life to representing WSU (and frankly do a MUCH better job of it than 99% of fans) and the moment they make a few mistakes, insults start getting hurled at them from dudes (or dudettes) who are sitting on their couch eating cheetos that likely would run out of breath if they had to run to their mailbox.

Yes the guy that insulted him on Twitter was an idiot, a bad person, and that shouldn't happen, but someone is always going to replace the idiot. That's why I'm glad that some who saw it, came to his defense.

I don't know Dexter, but if I did, I hope he'd be my (and my grandson's) friend just as I would consider him mine.

Then we should always be calling out those idiots. So i have no problem with Dexter using his platform to call them out along with pointing out the Student Athlete mental health part. We can be realistic about what the world is while still trying to make a platform for change.

I don’t care if he calls them out. However Dex doesn’t give me a good feeling that he cares about fans and that he thinks they would be his friend if he knew us. It feels like fans are more of an inconvenience that he puts up with. I never got that feeling from Chadrach, Ron, Fred, Garrett, or Tyson Or CJ from this year. But with Dex, I do. I hope my intuition is mistaken.

I think that's a byproduct of Dexter being the only one willing to call out the dumb ones. Dexter has also stated how much it meant to him last year when he got support from the good fans when he had to step away from the team.

I think if you were put in his place you probably be shocked at the crap people are willing to say on social media to someone they never will meet.

Maybe, but that is why he probably shouldn't worry about it. I've never called him out, but if he doesn't care, I probably shouldn't either. It's his problem if he comes across that way.

I will add that empathy is a 2 way street.

During this time, players are able to earn extra Stardust from Weather Boosted Pokemon, collect new avatar items, are available across a Shiny Rainy Form Castform for that very first-time.

Players will have to play the overall game from March 24th to March 29th to get a Shiny Rainy Castform. If you don't have time to play games, then .... is another best option. Fortunately, the spawn rate with this Pokemon will probably be greatly increased. To save on time, tap over a Rainy Castform about the overworld if it's not shiny, hightail it. There is no real-time catching it until you want that additional Stardust. Players also can use an Incense or Lure Module to raise the overall spawn rates of Pokemon.
