THis is a pipe dream but Purdue's Matt Haarms who played at Sunrise Christian just now entered the portal.

shot 32 three pointers this last season making 31%

Negative - not a great rebounder for 7'3" 4.6 rpg in 20 minutes.

Not sure it's a pipe dream, but there will be A LOT of schools knocking on his door. Shox can offer a heck of a lot of playing time, that is for sure.

If Marshall can put down the Boa Constrictor recruiting grip on him, I like WSU's odds.

He'd play and play A LOT.

Hopefully, he is familiar with the program already from his time at Sunrise. That could get WSU a foot in the door quicker than other schools.

I said pipe dream because I think he will have nearly every p5 blue blood after him. He’s played a god number of minutes every year at Purdue and imagine they are surprised he is leaving.

I DM’d a dude asking if Haarms transfer announcement moved the needle in Wichita, he said he’ll likely stay P5, but WSU is pursuing some intriguing options.
