So I know I don't post on here much but I do read almost everything. I think Gregg did need to do some reflecting on what went wrong. I think that he will. I do think there is one other piece that's not being looked at on here. I think Kellen being on staff was a problem too. It just seemed like during timeouts he was always out getting after players. I think that could have played into the chemistry issues too.

Is that Kellen’s second year? If getting experience was the goal mission accomplished...it might be time for HCGM to make some calls and get him on a different staff. I don’t really have a problem with him but it might be good for Kellen to get out and forge his path.

It is Mike Kennedy’s job to spin. And that is fine. I like him. It’s also fine for people to call it what it is. Nobody is surprised by his response to recent events.

That’s the problem is that you all (maybe not you specifically) think “you’re calling it like it is” as though you know every detail of every practice, meeting, and game. I doubt that is the case.

At this point what is there really to be upset or surprised by?

We had a successful season cut short by a (hopefully) once in a lifetime event.

A bunch of guys from a team that went through obvious and well documented turmoil transferred.

I’m going to see what happens. Many people are already extrapolating this to doom and gloom the next two years.

2020 will be much higher than 2019. With the new rule that 1st time transfers can play immediately it takes away the barrier that was there is the past. In the end it will hurt players in my opinion. They will not learn to gut through and overcome tough situations. Many will not be successful with their new team and will wish they had stayed. I'm talking about all teams not just ours.
