Rutgers is 1-10 away from home. That's stupid if they get in

      • Bama takes a bad loss at home to Vandy, this helps!

        • OU missed 3 FTs in the final 20 seconds, up by 2. Lose on a 3 pointer

          • Terrible night for us from a bubble perspective. Then, OU loses to Texas on a prayer with 0.4 sec left because they cant hit FT.

Ok, he was 35/36. Is that better? How does your grandmother feel about our chances?

You could also say Reaves's technical when he tried to hold a UT player's legs while turning the ball over which led to 2 free throws might have been the difference as well.

                • Do you guys think if Cincinnati or Memphis or even UConn had all our same numbers (NET, SOS, BPI, etc)...that Jerry Palm, Lundari and all the CBS/ESPN cronies would have them as "Last Four In" or "Last Four Out"?????

Or do you think they would have them "in" at this point as "solidly" in??? What would be the narrative???

                  • Bubble teams just keep on winning big games... Time for the Shox to pick up a Q1 on Thursday

                    • How in the hell is Richmond a bubble team? They have one good win, in Wisconsin. They have losses to SBU, VCU, SLU, Radford and Bama. IMO, we should be light-years in front of these jokers. Makes zero sense. Same with Rhode Island, who has beaten nobody. Mississippi State, also.

                      • Because America wants and needs 10 big 10 teams.

The bias first goes to the P5, then to the East Coast mids, then the American, then the remaining mids. You underestimate the deep bias for the coasts.

I'm ok with trying new formulas but this NET crap clearly isn't the answer when you have every Big Ten team rated in the Top 50 and you have all these crappy teams beating up on each other and then calling them all "good wins". The Big Ten is the absolute WORST at this. They have been the most overrated league for quite a while. But they have demographics and $$$ so they're the ones that likely led the charge to the NCAA with the NET. I imagine the NET is probably the brainchild of some hack Big Ten AD.

                            • Bubble Watch Games Per ESPN

Dayton at Rhode Island: Can't have the Rams win this one
Clemson at Virginia Tech: Need a Hokie win
Minnesota at Indiana: Both bubble teams. ESPN has Indiana as last 4 byes and Minnesota not on the bracket. Go for Minnesota
Xavier at Providence: Both bubble teams. Lunardi has Xavier as last four byes and Providence as a 9 seed. I'm rooting for Providence
Georgetown at Creighton: Sorry to say, but we need the Jays to win
Florida at Georgia: Need a Bulldog win
LSU at Arkansas: Need LSU to win
