I don't think there is a 'right' answer.
But I can guarantee that whatever is done will most certainly be said to be the wrong thing to do. Otherwise, what do we get to piss and moan about?
In a month or 2, there will be a new crisis. Maybe this thing will be over, or maybe we'll all just have gotten it and either lived or died.
