When does ShockRef come in and defend the official for making a "fabulous call", and state that he is a wonderful person?

I am going to get my microscope out so I can watch the replay and see if I can see the touch.

I've watched enough basketball to know that to call a phantom call like that against the home team after clinching it with some clutch free throws is just total horseshit. It's obvious that we will have to win the Valley tournament to get into the dance. I'm personally sick and tired of playing in this horseshit conference.

Wow
Two points (edit -- plus one more):
1. I wasn't able to go to the game, so I saw the ending very well, courtesy of ESPN. Ragland did not foul Rodriguez.
2. Apparently this team is incapable of learning that they can't get ahead and then take the night off. Of course, now that I've said that, they'll probably (I hope, I hope) be alert and intense all the way through St. Louis and on into the NCAA. But I have to say, I'm not holding my breath. Very, very, very disappointing.
3. And the bonus point: how often do you see guys sit out for long stretches in the first half with two fouls and then never end up in foul trouble at the end? It happens often enough (as tonight) that maybe the reflex to pull a key guy with two fouls in the first half ought to be relaxed a bit. Some guys can play with fouls, others can't. Marshall's a far better coach than I am, but maybe he needs to be a little more restrained with his foul hook.

I have been a Shocker fan my entire life, but I wonder if any home team has ever gotten less of the 50/50 calls? Perhaps I am so jaded I can only see what I want to see, however, when the ESPN crew openly disputes 2 out of bounds calls and then the foul at the end....?
With that being said, someone needs to either recruit players who can defend the high pick and roll, or find an assistant coach who can teach the players we have now to defend it!
The emotional investment in watching this team has started to wear on me, and watching the games is becoming unenjoyable! Maybe I'll just have to start reading about it in the paper in an attempt to save my liver.
