This season is a total disaster. VCU was in a tailspin coming into this game.

Shocks actually played well in the 2nd half. The crappy defense in the first half lost this game.

I really don't like to complain about the refs, but there is no way they should have made that call that gave VCU the win.

Especially with so much on the line in this game.

This is what happens when you allow second chance points.

This is what happens when you refuse to not let little guards drive in for layups.

This is what happens when you refuse to play defense.

This is what happens when you hold a team scoreless for 6 minutes and eff up 6 or 7 possessions in a row.

This is what happens when you let D Williams take bad shots in 2 critical possessions in a row.

This is what happens when we play big games on national TV.

This is what happens when you play crappy at home.

This is what happens when you play in a crappy conference and think you are good.

This is what happens when you are NOT a tournament team.

If it was a fould it was very much a touch one. Shouldn't of been called. Lack of rebounding in the 1st half cost us the game.

Will we ever learn? Out played and out hustled in the first half. Status quo.

While the call was bad, you can't complain about the refs in this game. The shocks had way more chances at the line than VCU tonight.
