The past is not always an indicator of possible future break out performers at the plate. See: 2010 versions of Lassley and Bascue.... We will have a couple of unexpected bats step up ( as always happens) to compliment the Coys and Springers.

To clarify, there is usually a guy or two who did not put up big numbers as underclassmen and maybe does so later in his career.

I agree. It happens nearly every year. I think that next year OB and Grimes are definite potential breakout candidates.

I don't know why but I'm beginning to like the looks of this team.
First a Baseball fan then a Volleyball fan and then I guess I follow the basketball team.

Josh Smith is working out of the bull pen this summer. He has pitched in 7 games with 2 wins 0 loses and 3 saves with 14 k's in 11 1/3 innings can you say closer????

That could be a fun weekend with the basketball team having the bracketbuster game sometime either Friday or Saturday and the baseball team opening. I might have to make it over for a great Shocker weekend!!!!!!!!!

The cold weather this week is getting my body conditioned for that early baseball season weather.
