Despite a few rays of sunshine, when all the dust settled, the Shox were basically played to a draw by a sub .500, 200+ RPI team. Yes, the Shox won 2 of 3, but they were by 1 run each at HOME. Had they played this opponent on the road, it's not out of line to say they could just have easily lost all 3.
For any baby step forward you can point to, one can counter with a bigger, different step back.
The Shox need to put this behind them. Tomorrow's a new day and it's time for them to have a new resolve for a "new" season. I know I don't have the answers, but will rely on the coaching staff to get these players energized and focused. If not, this season may be as good as over.Comment

Really stunning for a Stephenson team to give away games by booting and wild throwing them away. Really this year I don't have that much confidence when the ball is hit to the left side that a throw will be made to finish. Hoch shoulders some of the blame. If anything you don't let yourself walk out there and throw 4 straight balls. Will anything good happen this year?Comment
