    And Dusty does his job.

8-6 WSU. 2 out Top of the 6th.

    ... No really, deuces.

Does that extend his on base streak? I know it means he is still 0-fer but he did get on base...
      It's official now.

      Bases juiced. One out.

      What do you guys think?

Base hit to score two or double play to kill another rally?
Nope, here's the story of the game: The Shox have 9 hits, 4 base-on-balls and only 3 runs to show for it. They'll continue the lack of big play trend.
      Shut your face.
It's shut for now. But let me say real quick - FINALLY! Now we need some pitching we got a lot of baseball left. Something tells me this might be a shootout and come down to the last out.

It's all tied up. Hays has three wins with KU, KSU and ORU, I have three losses with NU, KSU and OSU.

I'll end up winning the bet, a loss tonight, a loss against AZ State, but a win against ORU will give me the win with a 5-4 record.

We started the bet after the April 1st, KU victory.
Refresh my memory, what exactly was the bet and how was it modified with the OU game going out the window? I'm surprised you weren't confident enough in your eternal pessimism to spot the Tabor game.

Workman had no reason to mouth off. It was close enough to get rung.

Workman needs to stop looking for walks and swing the effing bat.

Yes. Now it's passive time. Get the lead and look for walks.

I really hope that ejection of Workman doesn't come back to haunt us :(

Hays and I agreed that the Tabor game would not be a fair contest. The bet was something about the loser donates $200 to the cause.

Whatever. He was getting worked all night long. The replay was clear that it was a ball and it hasn't been a strike to anyone else, so you can't even work that angle. You can't do anything but take that pitch so yes, he should have been pissed.

But I do agree that he should have stfu. His defense is more important than blowing off steam.

                        Thank God for RJ.

                        RJ with some passionate words.

Maybe that'll keep the guys on their toes.. because the lead is down to 1 again.

Terry Elliot makes his first "A League of Their Own" reference for this year. He normally is good for at least two of those every year.
