Grand Canyon after falling behind Dallas Baptist battled back to take a 10-9 lead after 5. DBU tied at 10-all in the 7th. GCU plates 2 in the bottom of the 8th to regain the lead at 12-10 but left the bases loaded. DBU batting in the top of the 9th.

DBU does get the tying run to the plate with 2 outs in the top of the 9th but GCU finishes off the upset and will move on to play 2-0 West Virginia.in Tuscon.

UC Irvine finishes off Tulane 17-7. Moves on to face 2-0 Oregon State in Corvalis.

Not sure it would matter, Evansville is completely out of pitching. Not sure if they are going to throw their Fri starter on two days rest but they may be out of good options.

Agreed. ECU got some help when VCU beat Wake in the first game. I think ECU wins easily tomorrow.

Both ECU and Evansville appear to be out of pitching. EU leads 6-5 in the bottom of the sixth after a 3 run HR. EU still hasn’t used their ace but we may see him soon.
