In game 1, #5 Cincinnati scored 1 in the top of the 8th and 2 in the top of the 9th to tie the game at 3-all. However, #4 UCF's Andrew Brait walked it off with a 1-out home run in the bottom of the 9th.

In game 2, #1 ECU plated 6 runs in the bottom of the 7th to take a commanding 9-3 lead. Howewer, #8 USF has rallied to score 2 in the top of the 8th and 6 more in the top of the 9th to take a 11-9 lead. ECU currently batting in the bottom of the 9th with 1 out and 1 on via a walk.

Update: Josh Moylan just homered for ECU to tie it at 11-all.

Update: USF plates a run in the top of the 11th and ECU goes down in order as #8 upsets #1.

ECU used 8 pitchers (none more than 3 innings) in the game and USF used 6 (1 going 5 innings).

I'm sure this wasn't in ECU's plans..

As long as the wind is out of the west (as it is now) that SHOULD push the weather east of here and we’ll stay clear. It’s warm (85+) partly cloudy but not threatening. Warm summer day. A little breezy for Clearwater but not for Wichita. The wind is blowing out, helping the hitters as of now.

Central Florida has been getting pounded because of the jet stream. Weather is here but Clearwater is good for now.
