Stumpy came in for Stroh and frankly wasn’t very effective. He left in trouble and LJ McDonough came in. He’s been solid but made a horrible error that cost 2 big runs.

Why am I paying for ESPN Plus when only like 1/3 of the games are being broadcast on it? Seems a little shifty.

It's 2021. Softball was and has been broadcast all year. Why can't I watch a baseball game on the computer or phone?

Weird series but no doubt coming in to the series Shocker fans would have been pleased with a split in this series. Probably not the way most of us thought it would happen but the Shocks did manage just that.

Not saying there are not concerns with this team especially the pitching but they at least competed enough to get the split.

The remaining AAC series (UCF, USF and Memphis) are all winnable series if the Shocks can get their pitching straightened out.

Wedge will keep steering the ship in the right direction. We could have Jace and two freshmen (or a Juco transfer) in the weekend rotation next year.

In the meantime, do the best with what you have and find out who has the right attitude.
