I don't have enough hands to count the free bases.

How about just one finger for one run. One thing I can say about Snavely is he doesn't seem to get rattled when faced with a whole lot of adversity. Bases juiced twice and only one run. Kuddos to the 19 year old!

Somehow, WSU trails just 2-0. Need to get on the board soon and change the feel to this one though

2-2 as DeBacker doubles in Vickers and Dugas gets gunned down at the plate.

Night of frustration so far for both teams but overall we're lucky to be tied (OSU is equally lucky not to be down at least 1 though).

New game from here on out. Let's go Shocks.

Really nice 1-2-3 inning for Keylan in the 4th. Pokes hitters had no idea how to handle a pitcher working ahead in the count.

              2-2 to the 5th.

Solo bomb from Kroon puts OSU back in front 3-2. Killgore hooked for Clayton McGinness with a runner on 1st and 2 outs.

Another pretty good outing for Keylan.

Clayton does his job, promptly retiring Neustifter on a strikeout.

3-2 OSU to the 6th. Bohm, Troutwine and Vickers due up for WSU.

Leadoff HR followed by a double has OSU up 4-2 and threatening to break this one open.

WP and a single has it 5-2.

Homer and a double to leadoff the 6th for OSU, followed by an RBI single to put OSU up 5-2.

Clayton started the year on fire but this is his 3rd really poor outing in his last 5 appearances, giving up 8 ER over 4.2 IP in those 5 games (including this one).

Adam Keller on to try to keep this within striking distance. Runner on 1st (McGinness') with nobody out.

Good job by Keller, retiring 3 straight. 5-2 OSU to the 7th.

Shocker hitters have their work cut out for them.

Keller retires the first 3 he faces to keep the game within reach

Gotta love a pinch hitter coming in, watching 3 pitches go by, and sitting back down.

Followed by an infield pop-up and a dribbler to the catcher. Can't go much more feebly than that

Especially after watching the guy he pinch hit for take 3 called strikes with RISP in the 2nd.
