Dirks was 2-4 today with his second HR of the year, in a 4-3 loss to the Red Sox.

He batted in the #2 hole.

In a rare double header, the Tigers played the Sox this evening.

Andy was 0-3 but did walk and score a run.

His BA is .241 and his slugging is .483.

He has so few ABs this season that the BA avg could improve soon.

He only has 3 strikeouts in 29 AB's so that is good and it means he is making contact - the balls just are getting through though.
