Actually, I think where the government got it wrong is they went after the users (who are actually the victims) and should be going after the distributors. Problem is in alot of cases distributors are nation states.

Not in the article we were referencing if you want to point that out in the Daily Mail article, which stated that kids were using more since FEDERAL legalization (which isn’t a thing), that would be appreciated.

That may be true. So I ask this: If something is illegal for children, say spray paint, alcohol, airplane glue, tobacco, porn; should it also be illegal for adults, or is this a fair line to draw in the sand?

That article never mentioned federal legislation. The way I read it, was State by state legislation.
