    • Rubio beats Clinton by 4-5% instead of Cruz 1%

        • Carson all but officially drops out, announcing he is skipping the next debate because he does not see "a political path forward" for his campaign.

          • It was reported a while back that Rubio was skipping CPAC. He is actually attending and speaking on Saturday - the report's source jumped the gun with bad info.

            • The Civil War has begun. The sad news is that Hillary is guaranteed a win. Trump's statements that he can unite the conservative movement just doesn't hold water. His scorched earth tactics are coming back to roost.

The only hope is that Hillary is indicted. However, if an indictment happens, someone like Warren, or Biden comes out and saves the Democratic Party. The divided REpublican Party still loses. I don't see any way that Trump can unite the movement.

But some on here can hold out hope if they want to no matter how naïve they are.

I agree with this guy. Trump would make Clinton look very bad.

Well, I don't think Hillary is a good candidate. However, Trump is at 40 percent of the Rep. Party right now. Even if he improves to 60 or 70 percent (I'm not sure he can get that many). Romney lost with 93 percent support. Then Trump has very little support from blacks and Hispanics. Trump is still fighting with Republicans. But Trop being a Hillary supporter may have feel for the impossible.

                    • Have not seen any mention yet so apologies if this is redundant.

Rubio won Puerto Rico today and cleared the 50% threshold necessary to gain all 23 delegates from the island. Not a huge number, but significant nonetheless.

                              • Trump's acceptance speech last Tuesday was actually good. I don't remember cringing.
