Ibonds aren't a horrible decision right now. They have downside for sure, but right now I believe they're at 7.1% for the next 3 months.

You are limited to only a max of 15K a year (and you have to use a tax refund for 5 of that), so it's not like a huge deal, but it's at least a piece of the pie.
