I despise NASCAR, that's why I got a kick out of that movie. NASCAR is like professional wresting, only with internal combustion engines and four wheels.

Anyways, I know you weather guys are really into this stuff, so I'll kill off my mini-highjack now. :D

This event is looking more and more like a bust for tornadoes (at least strong ones) every second. The main upper level support is finally swinging in from the west. This is the last chance for a major upgrade/eruption of thunderstorms for the area. If it doesn't happen soon, then this appears to be a wind/hail event.

      Big freakin' surprise.

      ... No really, deuces.

We just had a few quarter-size pieces fall and the hail appears to be over, in Hutch anyway. It's probably hitting Buhler right about now.

I love how they cancelled classes at most schools around the area because there is a threat of tornadoes tonight. This is Kansas, in the spring, isn't there a threat of tornadoes every night?

Normally I'd agree, but considering the amount of "experts" watching it's probably the right thing to do tonight.
