The mesoanalysis shows the STP (significant tornado Parameter) has strengthened considerable in the last hour.

Things are really starting to ramp up all over the state. Medicine Lodge is under the gone, Large Wedge tornado on the ground headed towards the lindsborg tornado.
The mountains are calling, and I must go.

Satellite vortices coming off of that Wedge in Rice County!!!

Andover, Tuscaloosa, esque. Beautiful, but extremely deadly.

Cut from the storm near Alva that looks to be the supercell that might threat Wichita in several hours.

Very nice view of the tilted updraft.

I say the Wedge tornado beat the lindsborg tornado.

There really was no heating today... If there had been I the storms would have been much, much stronger.

What causes the dry line to move back west?

During the day, the heating starts mixing out the air and so it starts propagating east. At night there is no heating, therefore the moist air ahead of the dry line starts undercutting it and the it moves back west.
