I have not posted on this topic nor any topic in some time because of all the political bs that seems to follow. Nor will I respond to any comments regarding what I am about to relate.

I would just like to share information I was told by a family member today. This family member has been in emergency rooms, more than once in the last few months, more than I care to share. This person was back in today, same heart related issues. He never got an actual explanation in the times prior. However, diagnosis and/ or most likely explanation from doctors this time is that it is related to the covid booster shot he got yesterday.

You may all resume arguing and I will again log out and resume reading from the shadows. Hope all are well.

I'm so far ahead of anybody in this thread on pandemic best practices it's laughable (and the record of my commentary will back that up).

The funny thing is, most of my advantage has just been intellectual humility. In other words, I appear incredibly knowledgeable because I accept that I don't know everything.

I will add…a few months ago my son got sick with cough and fever. We kept him out of school the next day when he was asymptomatic, and one more just to make sure he was fever free for 24 hours. He stayed home, perfectly fine through the weekend so we sent him back to school on Monday w/o testing.

The following weekend, after a soccer game, we went to QT and he got a fountain drink. He takes a big sip and smiles and says, “oh man that’s good! I haven’t been able to taste anything for a week!”

Incidence of myocarditis and pericarditis is much more likely in Covid infections than Covid vaccinations.

P.S. Sorry for your family member's troubles. Supportive care is the common mode of treatment and the VAST majority of cases resolve on their own.
