The FDA is a good and necessary organization. The FDA is a legal bureaucracy causing more harm than good in several instances. Both things can be true at the same time. It’s just not waiving excise taxes right? They aren’t stopping them from producing it. But high alcohol content sanitizer is supposed to have a bitterant in it for a reason.

What is the reason for the bitterant? Odor or to taste bad? Hopefully, no one will be drinking it because it was made by a distillery.
