The other night at the ice cream social the girls basketball players said they had 12 players this year. There are only 11 listed on the roster. Does nayone know whom the 12th player is?

I had heard awhile back about a potential walk-on from California, but I'm not sure if she came or not. I would image it is a walk-on, whether it is her or not.

The facebook page for the WBB program reported that the addition was the commitment of a 6'4" center.

That would be growing in the right direction although 6'4" in and of itself does not guarantee anything, but one area we needed to shore up was the inside.

I am pretty certain Jody met "hanging out". But I guess you never know! :D

P.S. I realize I need to be very careful in pointing out typos, as I am no doubt a pot calling the kettle black in this case.

One more solid recruiting class, mix in a year of experience and we may actually be competing for MVC Championships!

Great Weekend for the Shockers! VB had a winning weekend and WBB has added another to their family. We are so excited and look forward to sharing with you on November 9th:)

One thing we have to be careful and mindful of, is that those tweets are meant for recruits first, fans second. So the coaches are going to really talk them up.

My apologies if already noted but the schedule is out now.

This has to be the weakest non conference schedule in the history of D1.

That's probably overstating it but still......anything less than 9-2 I would have to think would be disappointing.
