I thought we played a solid game without Bonner. Nice contributions from our bench. Too many phantom fouls that hurt the flow of the game.

          Alex vs FGCU: 8 points + 7 rebounds +0 steals + 3 blocks + 2 assists = 18 total

          Career-To Date: 2,292 + 20 = 2,312 (Remains in 11th place all-time)

Looks like Alex's assist totals are going to be down this year. Simply doesn't have many finishers to find as in the past. (i.e. Michelle Price)

@1972Shocker:, I didn't start following the women's team until the beginning of the 90's. Given that we are discussing WBB Shocker Hall of Famers, can you give me some insight as to why Lisa Hodgson is in the HoF over Theresa Dreiling and, in particular, Terry O'Bryon? They all played around the same time, in fact, all played together some, and both of the other 2 have better, to much better, numbers under your system of evaluation.

I can't really give you any insight but with all due respect to Lisa who was a very fine player her induction into the Shocker HOF is what triggered my looking into this with some kind of a measuring stick to compare players. I know Lisa's father Bob Hodgson is in the Shocker HOF and I couldn't say whether or not that may have influenced the committee. It is sort of a mystery to me how the HOF process actually works.

In any case, the induction of Lisa into the Shocker HOF does seem to make you wonder about the worthiness of 7 or 8 other former Shocker players including Theresa Dreiling and Terry O'Bryon among others.
