and another 22’:
Watch Taylor's recruiting video • 2022 • SS, INF, OF, UTL • Bennington, NE • Committed to Wichita State University • Hello! I'm Taylor Sedlacek from Bennington, NE. Ever since attending the WCWS at age 10, I have always wanted to play college softball. I am the SS/IF (ranked #44 by ExtraInnings.com) for Nebraska Gold 18U National. I understand what it takes to compete, the dedication it takes to play at an elite level, and what it truly means to be a team leader. I also understand in college, there are many "short stops" and what it means to fill whatever role the coach needs me to play. I believe my work ethic, attitude, and skill set can help any program be successful.

I know there's a girl at Andover (Bailey Way) who was recently offered by Iowa. One of the best all around players I've personally seen in the area recently. She plays for Texas Glory as well. She's class of '22 and I have no idea if the staff has evaluated her or not. Maybe she's a notch below what KB looks for, I'm obviously not a talent evaluator for softball, but do watch a lot of it.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan
RIP Guy Always A Shocker
Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.
Save Shocker Sports - A rallying cry

Sounds intriguing but high school stats especially in a sport like softball can be misleading depending on the quality of competition faced. Usually, the numbers form players' summer travelling teams are more indicative of what they may be bring to the table.

Good work shocks02 and especially shoxlax - info on softball recruiting is not all that readily available.
Just to recap what has been found so far:
Class of 2021:
RHP Kenzie Schopfer, Savannah, MO
INF Caroline Tallent, 5-9/160, Jamestown, TN
P/UTL Alison Cooper, Granbury, TX
2B Krystin Nelson, 5-7, La Porte, TX
Class of 2022:
UTL Taylor Sedlacek, 5-8./145, Bennington, NE
C/3B Cassie Passwaters, 5-4/135, Mustang, OK
Whether or not there is any immediate help in the Class of 2021 next year is hard to say. Fall ball may be just a little be more interesting than usual this year.
